How to Use the Teacher Dashboard To Manage Online Classes

With the digitalization of education, teachers around the world have turned towards technology and have started using various online tools to impart knowledge and one of them is the Teacher Dashboard. It’s a dashboard where teachers or instructors can view their scheduled classes/sessions and chats to conduct smooth sessions and stay up to date. Various Indian schools along with the Best school in Faridabad have also joined the digital world and have started using the Teacher Dashboard.

It may initially be confusing and difficult to navigate and use the Teacher Dashboard to conduct online classes but once you get a hang of it, it's simple and easy to use.

Here are a few steps that can help you in using the Teacher Dashboard:

We can either add a single class, a recurring schedule, or even a course schedule by clicking on the ‘Add Class’ option or on the ‘Calendar View’. To do so you have to add the instructor's or the teacher's name, language, level, and description with start time and end time. Also, we need to add the number of students or make it one on one as per the requirement of the session.

Once a class or session has been created, it can be modified or edited to enroll or un-enroll a student by simply selecting the session you want to modify. When un-enrolling a student you can customize it in a premium setup to schedule refunds or not (depends on your institute’s/school’s policy).

Teachers can also use the Teacher Dashboard to set up assignments along with a live file with editorial rights assigned to the teacher and sent the file out to the students. Once each student receives the live file and works on it, it will be needed to be re-named by adding the student’s name along with the assignment’s name so that the teacher can differentiate each student’s assignment.

These simple steps will help you manage and conduct online classes on Teacher Dashboard and the schools in Faridabad are also using the Teacher Dashboard.
