Why is India Poor in Education

In a country where teachers are considered to be gods and education is an undeniable right of a child, the education rate is not as good as it should be.

But why is that? Is there any issue with schools in Faridabad, Delhi, Haryana, and more? Don't they have the capability to teach students, make them educated and help them reach their career goals? Are there any schools that consider teaching and student welfare as a priority? Yes, there are. The best schools in Faridabad provide abundant knowledge, information, and quality education for students who come to them.

DSIS FARIDABAD

The Real Reason

As a matter of fact, it is just not about Faridabad but various other small cities that have good schooling system but the ultimate result is that India is poor in education. What is the reason? How can this happen? Well, the answer is right in front of our naked eyes. To start with, India has a population of close to 1.2 billion. Among those 1.2 billion people not a lot are from metropolitan cities and developed areas. They belong to small developing cities, towns, and villages. The problem with these places is the quality of the equation in these places is bad.

Yes, starting from teachers to infrastructure nothing is as good as it should be. This is because this institute is public or in other words government-funded institutes. Although the government allocates a heavy sum of money to education in India, it fails to reach the right people. So, the teachers are untrained, the books are old, the curriculum is not updated.

All of this accompanied by the mentality of many poor families of not sending their children to school and being ill-informed about the fact that education from 6 years to 14 years for every child is free makes the education system in India suffer.

We need to bring change. A positive change that includes teaching everyone about their rights. Now, with the advent of social media and smartphones everything is possible and so is reaching out to the people in villages and small towns. Let's take this step together and bring change to India's education system. Let's pledge to send our kids to school, educate them and make them better human beings who can go on to represent India in various streams of study and sports. Let's make India better.
